Bratz
It’s “Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants” meets “Mean Girls” meets “The Devil wears Prada” meets MTV when 4 junior fashionistas enter high school together, but get divided by the pressures of belonging to a clique. Preteen girls will love this “Lizzie McGuire” type movie where hot & hip guys and girls sing and dance to hot & hip music wearing hot & hip clothes. The party scene is quite a circus with extravagance to the max. In the end, the story does have a positive message about friendship and breaking down the walls created by cliques. Wisely, no swollen head Bratz characters appear in the film.
Alien gives it 2 “BFF (best friends forever)” stars out of 4.
