And So It Goes
An obnoxious realtor (Michael Douglas) is forced to care for his newly discovered granddaughter, but fortunately gets some help from is next door neighbor (Diane Keaton). If you like Rob Reiner films, Douglas, and Keaton, you'll probably like this romantic comedy for the geriatric set. This is the humorous and heartwarming story about one man's metamorphosis as he learns to let go of the past, forgive his loved one, and pursue some new loves. It's predictable, but in a good way. Look for Reiner to direct himself, Keaton to sing, and a small cameo near the end of the film.
Alien gives it 3 "Little Shangri-La" stars out of 4.
