It's "Princess Diaries" meets "Cinderella" meets "Beauty & the Beast" meets "The Bounty Hunter" meets "John Carter" when janitor Jupiter Jones (Mila Kunis) is rescued by a gene-spliced wolf/man space speed skater warrior with clipped wings (Channing Tatum) in a royal plot to harvest the Earth. The special effects are spectacular & dazzling. Alien like the film's sense of humor used to offset the intense action. Jupiter seems to do more falling than rising as the damsel in distress but the hunky hero always arrives in the nick of time to save the day. Eddie Redmayne will thrill & chill you as the evil villain.
