Bridget Jones (Renee Zellweger) is back & seems to be gaining some weight. A memorial for an old friend lost, the return of an old flame, & a one night stand at a music festival lead up to Bridget finding herself pregnant & unsure who is the father. Could it be Mark Darcy (Collin Firth), a love interest from her past, or a handsome American (Patrick Dempsey aka TV's famed McDreamy), her possible Prince Charming? Gemma Jones & Jim Broadbent return as her parents. Emma Thompson plays her OB/GYN. It's hilarious fun as we watch the always awkwardly adorable Bridget fumble & stumble through her life & now pregnancy with her two rivaling potential father of her child. Will it be a boy or a girl? Are there wedding bells in the future? Look for a surprise cameo. If you liked Bridget's first 2 films, you may be rolling in the aisles for this one. Don't blink at the end or you might miss one last joke just before the credits run.
