Even non gangsta rap fans can enjoy the beat & the excitement of the meteoric rise to fame & fortune of this talented poet, actor, & musician. Witness his controversial life as it leads to his too early demise. This can be a fascinating introduction to the world of rapping for the uninitiated. This well acted film does feel a bit biased but that's not entirely unexpected in a story honoring a music legend.
