In the small town of Possum Trot in East Texas, Donna & her husband Reverend W.C. Martin ignite a fire in their church congregation to help children in crises through the foster care system. This inspirational film is based on a true story. This is a gut wrenching look at the abuse & neglect that these kids had gone through & we see how their trauma has affected them. We see what these caring families go through trying make these discarded kids part of their lives. See the emotional & monetary strains that could occur. See how the community comes together to help each other. At the film’s end, footage of the real life characters portrayed are seen benefiting from this new chapter in their lives.
