New York Minute

"New York Minute" stars the Olsen twins. You either love them or hate them. It's "Ferris Bueller's Day Off" times two in Mary Kate and Ashley's first theatrical debut. Enough said. Only fans need to read on.

It's the odd couple on the loose in the Big Apple roaming from Manhattan to Chinatown to Harlem in a limo, in a taxi, on the subway, on a bike, and through the sewers being chased by a truant officer and a limo driver. This madcap caper involves a computer chip, a lost day planner, an ugly dog, two cute guys (of course), and a fashion show (of course again) in the House of Bling. True fans know that 17-year-olds who own their own production company can make movies in whatever locales they wish, especially if they want to vacation there or plan to attend college there in the fall.

Alien gives it 2 dual stars out of 4 for those closet fans out there...

But Alien's 11-year-old female carbon-based-unit (the Olsen twins' target audience) abductee gives it 4 stars out of 4 and thinks it's the best Olsen twin movie yet.
