Spider-Man 3
Is your Spidey sense tingling yet? The summer blockbuster season starts with the return of your favorite Spidey characters in their third film and the introduction of 3 new villains, the New Goblin, the Sandman, and Venom. You’ll marvel at the creation of the Sandman and Venom. Suped up symbiote Spidey/Parker is hilarious as he struts his stuff. Like Timex, Spidey takes a beating, but keeps on ticking. You’ll be surprised who comes to his aid when he desperately needs it. The plot with 4 main story lines is ambitious to be packed into 140 minutes. Expect awesome aerial action, wonderful web swinging and slinging, super special effects, and dangling damsels in distress as the characters struggle with love, obsession, revenge, hatred, jealousy, vanity, humiliation, and regret. Good and evil battle amongst men and within man. This one may not be better than its predecessors, but it is still a must for Spidey fans and worth the price of admission.
Alien gives it 3 “is a crowd” stars out of 4.
