I Love You, Man
This romantic comedy is about dating, relationships, and sharing between two people... except it’s between two guys. Peter (Paul Rudd), who has no man friends, goes on some ridiculous man-dates in search of a best man candidate for his upcoming wedding. He finally starts to bond with Sydney (Jason Segel), an investment entrepreneur. If you like Rudd and Segel in their previous works, you’ll probably enjoy this film about the awkward and the obnoxious. This geared for guys comedy is just mediocre and features gags pertaining to dog excrement, vomiting, air guitar, gays, sex acts, and the man cave. These same dumb jokes carry on through the credits.
Alien gives it 2 "odd couple" stars out of 4.
