Alien at the Movies

Escalating alien attacks on Earth throws the life of a typical high school girl (Chloe Grace Moretz) into turmoil as she must desperately rescue her little brother while not knowing who to trust. This sci-fi thriller based on a young adult novel trilogy builds to the climax of the fifth wave attack reveal. The film also hints at possible love triangle developing. Veteran actors Liev Schreiber & Maria Bello add to the cast featuring mostly the younger generation. If you are hoping for an inside look at these menacing aliens & their technology, you may be disappointed. This film may be fine for a younger crowd but true sci-fi addicts will likely be disappointed.
