It is social media gone wild in this modern day Orwellian "1984" tale. Mae Holland (Emma Watson) finally gets her dream job working for a cutting edge technology & social media company called The Circle that pushes the limits of internet connectivity. Patton Oswalt plays the corporate operations officer, Tom Hanks plays the founder, & John Boyega plays a mysterious character within the company. When new "guppy" Mae becomes involved in the company's latest social experiment, red flags start to raise with worldwide "Big Brother" commenting. This is a frightening social comment on a possible direction for today's obsession with smart phones & the Internet.
