Neil Patrick Harris as adult Jake Doyle narrates his childhood story to his daughter who is insistent on getting a cell phone for Christmas. It’s a fun family friendly film recalling fad crazes like the Cabbage Patch Doll, idolizing the spoiled rich kid who got everything, & selling door-to-door to win a grand prize. This Christmas message about values is directed at today’s social media & gaming obsessed generation.
